It's that time of year again, where 68 girls from all over the country converge at Gas Monkey Live to compete for the crown of Miss Twin Peaks 2015. Like always, it was a fun night with a packed house cheering on their favorite Twin Peak's girl, and in the end it was Miss Aubrey Smith from Wichita Kansas that ended up taking the crown.
Read MoreEarlier this year I headed down south with my fantastic hair and makeup artist Christina to set up camp and have a little fun around a new area around Austin called the Domain. The idea was to do a little experimenting while doing some punk rock glamour style shoots. Courtney was the first of four on our long day of shooting and she was absolutely awesome. Wouldn't you agree that she crushed it?
Read Moreor the last couple of years we've been meeting up with the girls competing in the Twin Peaks Round Rock Bikini Contest at the hotel where they get dolled up and ready to compete. We all hang out, have some fun, and take a few promo shots of the girls. It seems to help them relax a little and get comfortable before the competition, and they also get some bad ass photos!

Okay so there was no fighting to the death, but there was a bikini contest to determine who would go to the 2014 Twin Peaks Bikini Finals in Dallas. Like always, it was a great evening full of fun and ridiculousness!

Now there are a lot of ideas (some of them rather insane) thrown around during a band practice, but this one actually stuck with me. Read MoreThe problem with doing commercial shoots is that sometimes you have to wait a really long time to post any of the photos. Like in the case of this shoot with Emerson Windy that we did in April of 2013. But it's completely understandable when your dealing with an artist that is building out their promotional material for future campaigns. In fact I just wrapped up a badass shoot with Emerson a couple of weeks ago that will be used over the next few months for a marketing and album campaign that I'm dieing to show everyone. Seriously rad!

Once again, it's that time of year. The days get longer, the temperature gets hotter, and the bikini's come out. Yep, It's full on bikini season and what a better way to kick it off then with the annual Twin Peaks Bikini Contest!
This year we did something a little different for the girls at the Round Rock Twin Peaks restaurant; we all met up at the Hilton Garden Suites and set up shop. The girls got their hair and make-up done by Christina Shepek, Stacy Shepek, and Andrea Fernandez, and then got a quick little photo shoot by Eric Garcia and myself.

Read MoreJust outside of Granbury, Texas, on a winding road through the countryside, lies North Texas' newest provider of adult spirits, Revolver Brewing. Quickly becoming one of my "go to" beers while bar hoping around West Fort Worth, I just had to make the trip down for their grand opening.
It was a packed gathering at the Palladium Ballroom in Dallas, Texas as the finalist from each Twin Peaks restaurant duked it out, in an all out battle royale cage match, to be crowned Miss Twin Peaks 2012.

But none of these contest can hold a candle to the annual Twin Peaks Bikini Contest. Each location across the country holds a contest in their restaurant to award one lucky girl a cash prize and a chance to compete in the finals held May 30th in Dallas, Texas. Eric and I traveled down to the Round Rock location last week to, thanks to the greatness of Jeremie Perez, help judge their semi-finals.
